The HCA-S family is growing with two 20 MHz photodetectors.
On the one hand, the range in the MHz band is being expanded, and on the other, there is a second photodetector featuring a black silicon photodiode, which is characterised by outstanding quantum efficiency of 90 % across a wide spectral range.
